Not a huge fan of pappy unless its the 23 which is really hard to get your hands on.
Too much oak. In fact, Julian Van Winkel himself said he is not such a fan of it. 20 is the way to go, followed by the 15. But in all honestly, there are a number of equal bourbons without 1/2 the aggravation or price tag. Bourdain + finance bros + marketing/perceived scarcity go a long way in drumming up a brand.
