It’s 22 degrees here right now and just took my dogs on a walk in Nike slides with no socks and short sleeves and gym shorts

It's all relative. During the February of my freshman year at UM, my buddies (from Philly, Maryland, western Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island) and I went swimming in Key Biscayne. I remember some of our other friends and fellow Canes who were from south Florida all looked at us like we were nuts. Thing is, for we that grew up in the northeast, the February water was very comfortable. Of course, there may have been some shrinkage.

Im from south dakota. This is accurate. If im going to be outside less than 10 mins in below freezing weather im in a tshirt and shorts
