Jack Allison

Coley could and should stay. Ritch will be more involved with offensive side. Would be great for Coleys career.

Coley can stay as long as he isn't calling plays. QB coach is fine. He obviously is a good recruiter and has an eye for Qb talent.

In this case, it makes sense, but QBs skills don't always adapt to different offensive philosophies. Kaaya isn't a dual threat QB. He would have transferred if Mullen was named the HC and tried to have him run what Dak Prescott is running at MSU.

If our coaches are professionals, they probably told Allison to stick with Miami no matter who the new coach was and who remained from the old staff.

If Richt can recruit QB's and call plays then why keep Coley?

For recruiting!

If Richt is gonna be more hands on developing QBs and calling plays, why get rid of a great recruiter in Coley for another QB coach/OC that'll be marginalized as a coach and weaker as a recruiter?

The only reason Coley should stick around Miami is to coach FIU or a High School.

If you think he has been good for The U then you haven't been watching.

He's done a little better without Golden, but barely. He still loves the bubble screen more than Jared Fogle loves 15 year olds.

I would maybe be ok if he was recruiting coordinator. But he probably wouldn't be. And if Richt is calling plays, then that's why he left FSU in the 1st place supposedly. But in reality, Jimbo probably told him to resign or be fired.

Richt can do everything that Coley does better. He doesn't have to replace Coley with another QB coach/OC. Thanks for Kayaa now GTFO.

Free up some more money to get a DC that can run his own show.
