You are right. The stupid administration forgets that basketball got canceled for a reason. That floor slap against Duke got us excited because it was something out of the old Cane football show. The Canes would have to be like the old bad boys Pistons to draw fans. Even Rick Barry couldn't do it. Until the other night, I hadn't watched a game since the tourney loss that year. Miami fans need thrills or we don't show up, simple.

Coach L is good, but don't think he has the horses yet for any kind of run in the NCAA tournament. NIT if we're lucky.

Off the bandwago so easily? Hoops team is easily an NCAA tourney team. They have a real coach, and a real program. Todays loss was dissapointing, but they will be in the tourney. The NIT would be a Golden like fail.

What do you think is the best course of action to get the needle moving on removing this fat piece of ****? Obviously the protest didn't go as planned (hastily put together, post basketball loss, not enough of a turnout). You think an online petition can be started, making sure its sent to current students, alumni, and fans?

No idea. It doesn't seem to matter though since it's all but a mortal lock he's coming back next year, provided he doesn't find another job himself.
