Mack Brown was a dead man walking for weeks and they still let him come all the way to Florida to recruit. Staff firings wouldn't take place until after the bowl game if we're blessed with Alfred for another year.

This is a problem. You fire people now, make the best of it and send a signal that changes are being made. look at all the programs that are doing better that us, they get it, we get an 83 buick with 300k on it with a new paint job. Then they tell us "it has character and runs like new" ..."it is just as good as the 2014 models"
