It was Beck who got in Dawson's ear about Fletcher at halftime

Wouldn’t you complain if she was biting?

Depends how hard….she bites and I am.

Ray Charles could’ve seen the same thing. That’s literally everything that was being said in the game chat. RUN THE BALL. Their DL is small and wants to rush. Better late than never
There were literally a half dozen of us in the game day discussion screaming to run the ball from the 1st QTR on. If we can see it….

But I have always been one that prefers my OC in a booth. You can see so much more without distraction. Need to talk to QB, there’s a **** phone.

Gary Stevens in the booth with a Marlboro in his lips and a second lit in the ashtray.

I think he was trying a little too hard to mix things and not be predictable. There was one series where Fletcher broke a run down to the ten yard line. Next play was a Malachi wildcat run, second down was an incomplete pass, and third down Beck had to scramble for a couple yards. Inside the ten yard line Fletcher didn't touch the ball not once. And he was the one who got us down there. Now I do respect the fact that Dawson is owning up to his bull**** and saying he was wrong, but he has to do better than this. At least in the end he came to his senses and we got the win.
Him going into his bag of tricks saved our offense and our season because we were just too **** predictable early on. So I can’t hate on a guy trying to be creative. I just think he might have over thought himself on Saturday. Sometimes the simplest solution is the correct one. He should be better at recognizing what a defense is good at and calling a game to counter that.

Props to Carson for disregarding his own stats and wanting what's best for the team.

To all the Beck mopes, EABOD, this guy is 35-5 in his career. Has seen big D’s, in big games. Big crowds in big games, and has internalized and processed all these experiences. This is not a surprise. The Kid knows what he knows. He’s ready for this. It’s his time, it’s our time. The importance of leadership is its cohesion, the ability to bring the team together, to be the glue that cements the determination and will to win. And we get to watch it play out. How great is that.

I’ve been meaning to ask this question all season.
Do we have anybody in the booth?

However, would that line of communication with the oc and qb still be there?

I know they can pick up the phone and talk. But I feel that nothing can come close to being on the field as far as direct communication.

But the real flow of the game imo can’t come close to being in the booth.

It really doesn’t make any sense that you spend at least a week scheming for a team while looking for weaknesses with all-22 film but on game day you’re on the sidelines. But then again, these are dudes that have been around the game and know how things look.

Now I’m not saying one is better than the other. But you just can’t have any input from the booth and expect to be elite imo.
But if we do have e some people upstairs then how does the the oc and the dues supporting him not see what the qb and a bunch of people in the fanbase saw?

Let’s take everyone’s favorite Kiffn for example. Does he have doses upstairs that he can reach out to?

Again, this is coming from a football idiot fan like myself.
But when everyone saw it but the dude on the sideline didn’t, then questions should be asked.
Kudos to him for being so honest.
He also gave Mirabal credit last year with that goal line td play call.

Technology should take care of this. All he needs is an Ipad. Is that illegal?
