It was a good playcall, COley wide open, Yearby threw a duck

It was a bad pass and he was open, but it doesn't dismiss the fact that we were on the 30 with 3 minutes left to win the game in horrible weather conditions.... That call was just absolutely the worst. You had your qb who was on FIRE with it snowing heavy and you put the ball in yearby hands instead of kaaya?

end of story. coley wide open for a 35 yard TD.

The playcall was great, the players cannot make the plays.

Just like Herb Waters making a stupid mistake the series before on Coleys go ahead TD, instead we get a fumble at the goal line.

These S.FL players are insanely overrated and were outplayed by 2* from Somoa today.

It's not a GOOD PLAY CALL in a SNOW STORM ..

Having your RB throw the ball from the 25 with 2 minutes left in a blizzard when your QB is on fire is a good call to nobody except Al Golden and James Coley.

Are you James Coley's wife?
That play is all the proof you need not to hire James Coley as a play caller. You have the momentum, Kaaya is on a roll, plenty of time on the clock, on the 25 yard line of Washington State (or something like that), you have 4 downs to try to get in the end zone......and you ask your RB who hasn't seen snow before in his whole life to throw the ball in the falling snow? Idiocy at its finest!

I mean, their QB wasn't able to throw in the snow and his balls where all over the place. You are obviously a troll and this thread should have been deleted.

Guy was defending Swasey earlier......probably a Hecht intern

Scott was the bigger idiot for allowing that play to go forward. He should have called a TO and set Coley straight.

It's a good call to nerds who only know football through Madden video games. Might be the worst call ever in reality given the circumstances.

You guys are missing the obvious point. The opposing qb could not even complete a pass for an entire quarter because of the weather. For Coley to believe a rb who has not thrown a ball all year could do something that the opposing qb could not do is really beyond comprehension. If Richt had one thought of keeping Coley that is gone now. He is lacking football iq in a fierce way.

If anything, it should've been a flea flicker, it would've gotten the same effect, AND you get the ball BACK in the hands of your PASSER. But we left 21 points on the field, so that HB pass INT was all moot. I'm just glad the season's over, I could give 2 phucks about celebrating a win in a $h!tty bowl game where Duh'duhdaffyduck is involved.

BRING ON NEXT SEASON!!!

LMAO at asking our RB to execute a halfback pass in a blizzard with the game on the line.

in a bowl game, with SFL players, after Kayaa was torching the D, with 3 mins left on the clock....and on and on and on....

Coaches need to put players in positions where they can win. That was a low percentage, desperation style play that didn't need to be called.

that was nonsense

On top of that kaaya was just 5-5 for 73 yards on the previous drive in the same snow conditions yet he still calls that play

This thread could set s record of dv. . Overrated ? Look at the draft.

You don't put Yearby to throw in those conditions when your star QB is even struggling to throw in them. Good try. You played yourself.

And if you really HAD to call that play- you HAVE TO KNOW your personnel. Put in a guy who has actually played some QB at one point- Trayone Gray! He could have made a much better throw. The throw was bad because of who was throwing it.
