I drove by this area last summer. It’s right by Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Park. Definitely country.

The oil fields are nearby. We passed by the hometown of the GOAT himself:

His best bet, would be to transfer to Tulare Union to be at school with a good Football program that has produced NFL talent over the years.
That or Hanford out of places <30mins. Over that you'd pick a Fresno school.

Yea i'd take him in the class with hopes of developing him into a Elijah Arroyo type in 2-3 years.
Meaning up to about 6'4 1/2 245 by his jr year. He can play even at 225 here as a younging though out of the slot.

Im hoping its him, Heze Kent, and one out of Zach Turner/Lincoln Watkins.
Elijah Arroyo would be a tough ask - Texas HS football player development is 2nd to none. Which is why I’m extremely pumped to FINALLY see us appearing to gain some traction in Texas, with kids like Kent, Robinson, the DE….and maybe, just maybe, the 5* QB….among others.

But all in all, the kids a take for sure. I think the HS competition argument is often times overblown. If a kid has it, then he has it and his play will rise as the level of competition increases.

--- The more feedback I get on 4-star TE Israel Briggs, who visited last weekend, leads to me believe he won't end up in this class. He's very light in the pants, looks more like a receiver and wants to play receiver. I don't see all those things lining up with what LSU needs combined with the WR board.

Wants to play WR? That cope? If he doesn’t want to be a TE and commit to putting the real weight on to be one, I’d pass too tbh

Shocked they didn’t say Miami just threw too much money at him. It’s been the go to excuse
