Is there a real possibility of Diaz getting fired after next year?

every single coach is the same in terms of ego and personality. theyre all the same
 
He just needs one more win than this year. They'll justify keeping him as long as he shows improvement.

Manny will not be HC when we play Bama in '21. It would be too humiliating. At least when the new coach loses 50-10, he can blame the prior staph.

I'm sure 8-9 wins will be a realistic expectation for next year and he will still be here for year 3 because he "improved". Then when we continue to sign 18-20 man classes and can't get our roster above 75 guys... we'll be really hurting and it'll be a full 5 year rebuild for the next coach.

Blake has down graded the schedule, so badly that 8-4 should be able to sleep walk thru 8-4.
can not understand with all the talent in Fla. we still cannot sign 25 man classes
CMD latest spin plans for portal and Juco ?? if Blake is good at fund raising bump him upstairs VP fund raising and
take Carol with him. get an AD who understands the dynamics of putting a program together

I understand but if "UM gonna UM...." by not hiring Alonzo, i can see the same people giving Manny too many chances. Look at the past, we gave extensions to Golden and Shannon. I hope I am wrong but it wouldn't be surprised if "UM gonna UM" by giving Manny 2-3 more years.
