This year is crucial for him and his program in my opinion. If he has another subpar season, like 8 wins, or less, then I think he’s done. Now he may hang on for a couple or a few more years, but they’re not getting back to what they were with him at the helm.

They already had Jajuan Seider; then they added Aaron Henry (Immokalee), brought back Jevaughn Coughlin (Delray beach), added Shaun Shivers (Chaminade HS/Auburn + IU) as an analyst, Brian Jean-Mary (LB coach from Apopka) and Charlie Partridge.

A&M is doing this on a lesser scale with their two DB coaches being from south Florida. Not comparable to the investment ND is making, tho. Partridge was the lead on the Alex Collins recruitment.

I liked it when Partridge was working in the NFL, away from coaching at a big time college program.
