Lol i understand and have heard those rumblings since December BUT…..what if that kid doesn’t jump in portal? What if he gets hurt? This is our solution?

At some point, Miami has to raise its standards. These reaches never work on in our favor.
 
Not sure why (probably pure curiosity), but I listened to Flo’s show this morning. First time and actually enjoyed most of it.

According to Flow there are two WRs we have interest in. The first is not in the Portal yet (several schools back channeling) but is expected (75% chance) to enter soon. The second is in the portal but there are concerns with some off the field noise. He did not mention names.

Flow likes Pena but is concerned about his injury history. Like many of us, he does not like the SJS guy. He likes the BYU kid as a second option but not as the primary WR.

He said the first receiver we want visit a Big 12 school yesterday. I wonder who?

If this guy is the only WR we've brought in when the portal officially closes then ill agree w/ u that its a dumb plan, until then ill just let it play out, kinda like how last portal everyone screamed about how the sky was falling at QB n that we were going to roll w/ Emory after mateer spurned us but we ended up w the best QB available in the end. Your concern is valid but I just personally like to let things play out b4 I complain about it cause in reality I have no idea what their plan is/who their targeting/backchanneling etc...
