lol what?!?! Bruh we had what 7 WRs on roster before Carr left, Ray Ray wasn’t good last yr, and Chance has never been healthy…. This is NOT the first time depth concerns have been expressed. I’ve been saying it for a while now lol

Regarding the portal we’ve heard 1 top wr maybe 2 depending on the situation. We can use depth everywhere but middle to lower half of the WR room wasn’t on the bingo card. You may have discussed it but it wasn’t mentioned on the pods leading up to the portal.

I can't recall if it was mentioned on the pod or not, but anyone that didn't see a red alert about WR depth ESPECIALLY once Carr entered the portal is straight up smoking crack. This is why I've also been saying we need to like immediately move Fitzgerald to WR.
We probably have 4 Wrs that should be seeing targets this year currently on the roster - and 2 of those are freshman. We NEED the top WR we can afford, and then another 2 on top that at least have a chance of being a contributor. But those 2 don't have to be some top proven guy. We need to play money ball with like 2 more additions basically...

Now idk if THIS is the guy that should be targeted, but I also don't know there is definitely better options either. Haven't been monitoring the portal except whats posted here.

First off, I’m not picking a fight with you here. I don’t want that to get lost in translation. You aren’t wrong. Math says you need to add here. We lost 5 before Spring. 3 to the draft, 2 transfer. We added 3 HS recruits, and 1 transfer. 1 short of last year coming into spring and missing a **** ton of experience. After Spring we lose Carr. So now we are 2 short of last fall. With the lack of exp it might as well be 3 short. I agree that we NEED more, all I was saying is that I hadn’t heard it from my only source of college fb news. 1 top guy, maybe a 2nd is all I had heard. And I think adding proven depth 5th/6th type guys is going to be hard moving forward when the house settlement is passed. You are going to need to lean on your recruits more.
