Wow. The most leadership worthy thing Jarren has done is getting this thread to hate Enos only slightly less because that’s how disgraceful his effort was as the QB.
This is BS. Early in the season Avery was saying that Williams relished being coached hard, now he needs an uplifting presence. Both of them are full of ****.
And I'm sure calling an unsuccessful 13 step double hand off fake pump action flat rout on 3 and 9 was on (insert player name here) and not PenosThere’s no doubt the relationship soured between Enos and Jarren, but the idea that Enos was totally at fault for Jarren’s poor play is false. The saying “Coaches coach, players play” is true here. Jarren couldn’t go through his progressions, read the defense improperly, threw inaccurately, and couldn’t overcome poor play are some of the reasons he failed. These are not on Enos. Jarren didn’t do enough film review, was a poor leader, and walked away from the team. He hasn’t earned the right for a third chance and it’s best for the program for Jarren to transfer.

Qb coach: Miami’s Williams ‘locked in’ to ‘prove narrative wrong’
Avery said Williams, whom he has coached since the quarterback’s 10th-grade season, did not gel with Enos from the start.
“I’m not sure if the last offensive coordinator was the best fit with Jarren,’’ Avery, 33, told the Herald. “He wasn’t a good fit in terms of personality and a bunch of different things. I knew that early on when he got there. He even made Jarren do things that just as a quarterback he doesn’t typically do. When somebody tries to change you that much it makes it pretty hard to be successful.
If you have smaller hands, that actually does help you stay on top and the ball from sailing..I believe it, look how pEnos changed Tate's grip. How the **** do you want the index finger at the tip of the football?! That's asking for a wobbly pass.
Man idk , something clearly happened. It doesn’t have to be one thing or the other , Jarren played sh*tty down the stretch, absolutely, was enos a b*tch? Absolutely, did we have a litany of issues wrong with this team? For sureNow Enos as a coordinator was bad, I’ll admit that..but this take..jarren is what a RS fresh..19 year old QB..Enos has a good track record as a QB coach..”he made jarren do he doesn’t do as a QB”...this mindset.. WTF. ...I’m Imagining my 18 self getting hitting advice from Preston Wilson over the summer ( former marlin), him telling me I need to tweak my approach and stance before college, and me ignoring that advice because I thought I knew it all and had it figured out..better yet taking his advice being successful early on, breaking records but go in a slump and blame my hitting coach..who maybe coaches me hard...this is ridiculous
I’d think the opposite, his ball is so inconsistent like that because he doesn’t necessarily have qb hands which isn’t allowing him to throw a consistent spiral due to small handsIf you have smaller hands, that actually does help you stay on top and the ball from sailing..
I’m saying..Jarren co signed this. That’s his personal QB coach. So for him to come out and say this u know it coming from jarren. Like I said was Enos the play call good, no. But jarren was arguably the ACC new comer of the year after Louisville..then played like **** down the stretch..and u come out and blame the coach. For coaching u hard as tho YOUVE ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED SOME ****..that’s a ****** *** mentality to have..especially when you take in account the types of mistakes jarren would make..from running out of bounds behind the Los multiple times..to take a delay of game out of TO twice(that I remember) too missing open throws, too ******* tryna lateral the ball b4 halftime...jarren was terribleMan idk , something clearly happened. It doesn’t have to be one thing or the other , Jarren played sh*tty down the stretch, absolutely, was enos a b*tch? Absolutely, did we have a litany of issues wrong with this team? For sure
Nah I had the same problem. My ball would sail..coach changed my grip in HS. Didn’t help my throw tighter spirals per se but helped my control ..it’s not putting your index directly over the top..but closer to the tip..tate probably just has small hands like u saidI’d think the opposite, his ball is so inconsistent like that because he doesn’t necessarily have qb hands which isn’t allowing him to throw a consistent spiral due to small hands

Chances are Suitcase will find something to bytch about with Lashlee too. Just give him time. He was ready to split on Rick, who is a players’ coach, and Penos, who is a dyck face.
who knows what the real problem was. the system, enos crusty attitude, JW's work habits. maybe a little of each.
