In the B1G or in the Big 12?He will play a big role early because he is smart. A+ intangibles to go along with his athletic ability.
Agree so far, but I'm not giving up on Brashard. Hopefully he has a great season. Go CanesI thought similar about brashard smiFF but it turned out that he was just brashard smith. Let’s go![]()
If he has that level talent, the opportunities need to be created for him.at myself for forgetting AR
But yeah I don’t think the opportunities will be there for Joseph like it was AR but maybe he gets some return duty?
And like D$ was saying, seems like there’s no issues with picking up the playbook, doing the little things etc we know those are the things that usually holds back talentIf he has that level talent, the opportunities need to be created for him.
Just looked back at the 2016 team and there was far more pass catching talent that year than we have going into this year. (Coley, berrios, cager, Herndon, Njoku)
I know there’s a lot of people here that don’t read the recruiting board (you don’t want to read it right now trust me) so I wanted to put Ray Rays senior highlights over here as his name keeps coming up day after day
It’s true that we landed some absolute monsters in the last class but we’ve had a hard time with WRs and playmakers but this kid is THE GOODS
He will likely play the same spot as Restrepo, and X will of course be a cornerstone of the offense especially with his history with TVD, but this kid right here could be our best weapon on offense right now
Not only is he absurdly fast, but he runs with power. He routinely blows right through tackles without slowing down. As he’s running he kinda reminds me of Duke Johnson in a way, only faster. Now of course I don’t mean he’s a better player but when you get a kid with this kind of speed that also breaks tackles, those are where some huge plays come from. To me, he’s another clear 5 star talent in last years class he was just a little undersized.
Robbie is like breshard when he was coming in. Very raw. Will love to see him in the return game though.Good question. I remember the people that saw him most thought it would take him some time because he was very raw at the position. Clearly crazy talented but they thought it would take a while to make an impact
Thanks for the feedback it seemed to be the consensus. He’s electric on the field but I think it’s important we don’t expect the world from him right awayRobbie is like breshard when he was coming in. Very raw. Will love to see him in the return game though.
Is there an update height/weight on him? When he was recruited he was listed at 5-8 but then it was 5-10That's the wild part. You watch all these highlights and there's zero creativity in the offense. 95% of the play calling is get the ball in Ray Ray hands and let him create. Couple plays in space but not many. Robbie is similar but less refined. Two kids coming in that are lighting in a bottle but Ray Ray physicality is where he separates himself from Robbie who has elite balance.
I want to see this, a lot.Put him in a fast package with Harrell, Chris Johnson and Skinner at TE. Try to cover that.
I'd rather see Robbie in that capacity if his hands hold up.He should be our PR. He is sure handed, he is smart, and he is electric. He should be given every opportunity to take that job IMO.
I don't know measurements but I'd say he's 5'10. My guess on weight would be about 185 but I've never been good on that like a carnival worker. Is there an update height/weight on him? When he was recruited he was listed at 5-8 but then it was 5-10
Not that it’s a huge deal but he runs strong as **** for his size and gets wild pad level in space for a WR
I think Jaden is legit 4.3 guy from what all reports have been saying. He's going to be a nightmare for defenses cause his routes are so crisp for someone of his speed* and being a freshman. He'll get his chances earlier and they'll increase throughout the season.
*side note, the deep shot IG post from UM football with RayRay and Jaden Harris, Jaden was with him nearly the whole way. That man (Jaden) must be fast as **** lol

It was a tough clip to judge but “seemed” like Ray Ray pulled a move on him at the LOS and got separation but Harris did a nice job recoveringHe's going to be a nightmare for defenses cause his routes are so crisp for someone of his speed* and being a freshman.
