I'm going on a limb and say that the 20 players having the flu was a massive understatement. I think almost all players had it.Being tough and being effective are too different things
Moten and Mesidor are as tough as they come, but they were not as effective in the 4th quarter
Praying we’re close to full strength so we can really punch Indiana in the mouth like they haven’t seen yet
And they still whooped that ***. That would have been a blood bath if that was not the case. And the narrative for this title game would be much different. But they will embrace the massive underdog role and make a win even better.I'm going on a limb and say that the 20 players having the flu was a massive understatement. I think almost all players had it.
Everyone reacts differently to a gun pointed at them. Why do you assume that? (I’m legit asking). Because I question if an 18 year old kid can get his head right after being robbed at gunpoint?
I’ve followed this team since I can remember my first heartbreak - Toretta against Bama.
Cause it flew by.Why safe to say the flew won’t be an issue?
Cuz they all done had it!Why safe to say the flew won’t be an issue?
Well pretty sure I caught the flu at the Fiesta Bowl before traveling to the Peach Bowl where I stayed at the Indiana team hotel, so there's that. It's safe to say that the flu won't be an issue.
As for everything else, I wouldn't be surprised if everyone lines up and plays, regardless of the injury consequence that may happen afterwards.
If only to keep my eyes from having to watch Bauman drop passesLofton is low key a big one to have for this game
Hope he can go
