I'm going on a limb and say that the 20 players having the flu was a massive understatement. I think almost all players had it.

And they still whooped that ***. That would have been a blood bath if that was not the case. And the narrative for this title game would be much different. But they will embrace the massive underdog role and make a win even better.

Everyone reacts differently to a gun pointed at them.
For some it results in trauma, for others, anger.
He could come out distracted or he could come out with anger and a chip on his shoulder.

Well pretty sure I caught the flu at the Fiesta Bowl before traveling to the Peach Bowl where I stayed at the Indiana team hotel, so there's that.
