I think he’s close . We should be close to healthy at cb for stretch run minus OJ

Thats technically the whole year lmaooo.. He went out play #2 on season and missing entire regular season.. wtfFacts. He will return for the quarterfinals![]()
I think Xavier will be back earlier than that. Mario said that he was really close for Clemson so you’d imagine 2 more weeks for FSU, he should be ready to go.If we can get Jaboree Antoine and Xavier back for say Pitt, it will absolutely change how Heatherman plays D against ND. I'd like to see less blitzing and more rushing 3/4 and dropping everyone back. Don't think CJ Carr can beat us that way.
Indeed. ***** crazyThats technically the whole year lmaooo.. He went out play #2 on season and missing entire regular season.. wtf
Do all of these injuries have anything to do with the new mix of out S&C staff?
Can we make a real run without OJ? I thought OJ had a legit change to be first team AA this season. His ceiling is that high. Ohio St, Bama, Oregon, Indiana all have pretty good talent at WRI think he’s close . We should be close to healthy at cb for stretch run minus OJ
I don't like rushing only three. Any half decent QB can pick you apart with time. Canes strength is that front four creating havoc without blitizing. If we can get Jaboree Antoine and Xavier back for say Pitt, it will absolutely change how Heatherman plays D against ND. Yes. Xavier and O'Connor are very good CBs and Jaboree is good too. It would certainly be nice to have OJ also, but if everyone else is healthy I think we're good. Can we make a real run without OJ? It allows Fitzgerald to get back to safety. With Poyser and Dunnigan, you can have a three headed monster back there. Thornton needs to stay in the **** box all the time. Give that dude more than ten yards of space and you'll be getting missed tackles.Yes. Xavier and O'Connor are very good CBs and Jaboree is good too. I think so but there’s still a chance he’s back late in year but like I said that’s best case imo.Can we make a real run without OJ? I thought OJ had a legit change to be first team AA this season. His ceiling is that high. Ohio St, Bama, Oregon, Indiana all have pretty good talent at WR
The DB's had the injury bug last year, and we made it to the championship game. Can we make a real run without OJ? I thought OJ had a legit change to be first team AA this season. His ceiling is that high. Ohio St, Bama, Oregon, Indiana all have pretty good talent at WR
Obviously, I wish everyone were healthy right now, but this has been a great opportunity for the young DBs to get valuable experience. Their development timeline has definitely been accelerated, and that experience could pay off in a big way if their name is called in December or January.I think so but there’s still a chance he’s back late in year but like I said that’s best case imo.
Late in the year as in regular season or late in the year as in end of 2026…so playoffs?I think so but there’s still a chance he’s back late in year but like I said that’s best case imo.
This one was nuts. It was the 2nd play of the season lol. This might be the most injured team i can remember through 5 weeks. Truly, this is pure insanity. Need yall to help me sort this is my brain. Correct what I’m missing.
OJ Frédérique - done for most of the year if not all
Lucas - been hurt since week 1, back soon. Maybe.
Antione - been out all year, back soon. Maybe.
EOC - went out but came back, right?
Lightfoot - went out tonight, never returned
Blount - came in banged up, left and didn’t return?
Mali - hurt the shoulder again but came back
Moten - seemed like he was ok after missing last week
McCoy - came back but was clearly hurt
Buchanan - went out and came back, what’s the injury?
Obviously Marty and Moore done for the year.
What am I missing? This is ******* absurd. The whole goddamned team has been hurt in the first 5 weeks.
My Concern is Matthew McCoy more than anyone else. We literally have ZERO Tackle depth. I mean I guess you can say Cantwell, but he is LT only it seems, and Samson is playing at such a high level.
I am not sure McCoy won't be out for awhile. If he truly dislocated his shoulder, the amount of pain days after will be very very high. It could stretch or tear tendons and ligaments in the shoulder.
I am very very concerned McCoy will be out for FSU, and that would be an enormous loss.
It would be hard to run functional passing offense with say Merrweather at RT.
Hasn't it been said that he had a stinger and is (relatively) OK?
Why does this continue to be brought up?
Similar to Frederique and others, I feel like we are in a circular discussion about players
whose situations have been addressed by MC and I know the coach doesn't volunteer much
information, but are we going to learn more by having same discussion?
