This really does hurt.

It hurts not only because he was dismissed but there is no way you admit a kid like Jeff without KNOWING it will take tons of mentorship. I wrote about that in the 89 blocks thread many months ago. Yes, sometimes you have to drop the hammer, but there are certain kids that you have to know … that more work will be required. Outside of criminal behavior it seems like promises were not kept.

Where would Miami be without G Willis? Choirboy? Hardly.
