You said it buddy, itās exhausting! And now Iām past the angry and sad phase of the season and into the indifferent stage which is really the worst phase because I donāt even care to watch anymore games for the rest of the year. Smh thereās always next year I guess.I thought we turned the corner too. And yes, itās exactly the same **** we got from golden. Itās frustrating but also exhausting. How long are we supposed to keep watching this garbage?
The indifference is dangerous. Thatās how a team loses fans. You said it buddy, itās exhausting! Yea and you do?fake insider, Iāll take my news from real insiders like Pete back then, Barry Jackson and ITU. Not the caneinsight butch fan club you and Orlando are in charge of. Lol what do you groupies do, fetch butch his slippers every morning then have him autograph one picture and then you two dopes forge the rest of them and hand them out to the rest of your club to stare at and pray to every night before bed?
stop living In The past, butch had his chance and left! The BOT still holds a grudge about that and if you think his interview was anything more then a curtesy one in an attempt to shut up the butch fandom faction, then youāre a blind fool and theirs no helping you see reality. Like I said Iāll take my news from real insiders and all of them were reporting in 2015 that schiano had emerged as the favorite prior to Richt being fired. Period point blank!
Iām not happy with him right now but your statement is just not accurate, he āsniffedā a championship twice and I donāt remember what year it was but it was the year that LSU beat Ohio State, if there was a playoff system that year, Georgia would have won it easy, instead they had to play Hawaii in the sugar bowl. He is definitely struggling as a playcaller but I think heās a solid head coach.
BwaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa.....Yea and you do?fake insider, Iāll take my news from real insiders like Pete back then, Barry Jackson and ITU. UGA was 5 in that year prior to the bowl games. They would not have been chosen to be a playoff team that year if it existed. Tennesse blew UGA out that year and LSU stomped Tennessee. Add in the fact that Richt never wins big games his chances of winning against LSU that year are near 0.
Georgia was 4th, Virginia Tech was 5th, Georgia finished 2nd, go look it up...Your argument regarding head to heads with Tennessee does not apply to college football and anyone with a lick of sense knows that. You and others on this board have let their emotions blockout reality and now youāre exaggerating Richts problems. Surely u donāt actually believe Richt āhas never won a big gameā what u probably meant was he doesnāt win enough big games etc.
Iām mad too but letās be real...
there is no such thing as an offense keeping up with the times.I love the logic of people around here. Regardless of how you feel on richt at this point, people use the he can't win the big games or he can't win a championship as their barometer of a successful hire. Problem is, unless we're getting 1 of maybe 5 coaches, (saban, les, Urban, Jimbo, or dabo) then there is noone left that meets the criteria. Guys like Patterson, Peterson, gundy, would not make the cut. People wanted Chip Kelly. Sorry wouldn't make the cut. People wanted a big name coach at a time when we were likely getting another unknown Al Golden. Richt's career is what it is. It was very successful at a time when the SEC was unbelievably good. It's obviously on the decline as his offense isn't keeping up with the times. Let's not make up narratives to justify a desire to move on.
While I don't doubt this is true, I'm also pretty sure the same was said about Al Golden before the Clemson beatdown. At some point, enough will be enough and they will cut their losses. It's up to Mark Richt to decide whether he adapts the offense into the current century or suffers the wrath of the fans.
