Mike Leach can take any talent he finds anywhere and makes them into winners. Just the opposite of Miami. We under perform where as Mike Leach's teams always over perform. Most of the coaches from his tree are killing it as well too. He let's his defensive coordinators do their thing as well. It hurts my eyes watching our Miami team who has more talent as a whole at wide receiver and running back than any team in the country. Leach would kill it with a team loaded with Lamborghinis and high performance engines.

Imagine what we could do with Andy Reid at OC. Maybe we could lure him away from that KC job.

He turns them into winners just not conference champions. He is so good he has won 0 conference championship. So you want someone that has never led his team to a conference championship. IDIOT

27-0 with 0-2 stars against a team ranked high and a team full of talent including a first rounder at QB. But hey maybe it's more important to under perform and wear suits to job interviews then actually winning and being the number 1 offense in CFB with a QB who just came from community college.

OK, enough. Somebody who doesn't know any better brings up Leach EVERY year when he gets a surprising win. You know why it's surprising? Because he doesn't actually win ****.

We have posters talking about him winning a NATIONAL championship here. Based on f***ing what? Facts are facts.

1. He has been in power 5 conferences for 18 years.
2. He has NEVER won a CONFERENCE title.
3. He has only tied for his conference's DIVISION title once, and that required him to win 2 more games in a year than he had done before or since.
