He brought in quite a few kids with questionable character and some couldn't even hack it at a country club like Miami. Not very many self-motivated people

My 2c: if you want to win you can only bring in 'questionable character' folks to a Bama or Clemson type of program. The Miami country club is the worst place to bring those dudes to. No leadership in the locker room to keep 'em in check

Make Manny get a real quality staff to surround himself with in the off season I mean quality analysis.. put a clause in his contract if he loses to a trash football he's dismissed.. mark richt didn't help recruiting wise when he left. Manny had to start kids he just recruited last season..

What you have seen over the past 20 years has not been a rebuild. Its been a series of failed coaches that have no idea wtf they are doing and an athletic department, Board of Trustees that only "care" when things get embarrassing.
