Sorry to hear that Uknow. I really appreciate the insight you bring to the board and overall you're one of the good ones. Certainly understandble though, the vitriol on this board is disgusting and the mods don't even attempt to patrol it so I don't anticipate a change. Wish you and your son nothing but the best and I will be following his progress. Can't wait to see him running through the smoke in that
green and orange #2 Jersey.

With all due respect to the OP, sending your son to play for Al Golden is.... well, I wish you and him good luck. You are going to need it. Hope he gets better coaching and leadership after the inevitable happens.

Yes, because those who just went to the NFL had it so bad..

Pardon my French, but are you ******* kidding me? How much money did this sad sack of crap cost Chick by blowing him up 30lbs to play out of position? How did Phil Dorsett only catch 35 passes when he averaged almost 25 yards per catch last season? I'm sure a kid like Perryman, who would have been All-everything in an aggressive scheme, really appreciated playing in a system where he wasn't allowed to make a play until it was 5 yards past the LOS.

Kindly get the **** out of my face with that weak ****, 72.

If you were in the following recruiting classes:

2007
2008
2009
2010
2011
2012
2013
2014

You did not win a bowl game at the University of Miami.

Perhaps the best of them all. Goes missing in action 9-02-14 to April of 2015 once he realizes he made an *** of himself.

Actually went missing for the same reason the original poster said he was.

So, how about that bet?

You got any guts or are you all just talk?

The fact of the matter is that the administration assured this fecal show when it retained Folden after last season. Had the administration acted in manner consistent with a desire to put a winning product on the field, these boards wouldn't look like this.

Remember this quote at the end of the year.

It's taken longer than any of us would have liked, but this team is better than last year, and better than any team we've had in the past decade.

It takes time to build something under normal circumstances. There are no quick fixes. Throw in the Shapiro infractions, which the university believed were all true, and we are lucky that we are not starting fully fresh in year 2 after a 2 year death penalty.

After 4 long years trying to scale a seemingly insurmountable mountain of excrement, we finally have a team that resembles what a Canes' team should look like.
If you don't think so, just look at the roster. Over half the scholarship players on the current roster will eventually be playing in the NFL.

Of Course, that's only my opinion, but after 35 years of cogent observation, I think I've developed a pretty good idea of what an NFL player looks and plays like.
I'm saying half, but that is a conservative estimate.

When have we ever been stockpiled with so much future professional talent?

Every year before a National Championship season.

I think the staff has done everything they could to get to this point, with more than a few bumps in the road.

This is the year for results. If we don't succeed to a very high degree this year, then I will be the first to say, "It's the coaching, and we need a change."

Until then, I'm all in on this team and this staff.
Holy ****. This might be the most delusion filled post I have ever seen on this site.

As evidenced by your past porsting history, you clearly lack the capacity needed for me to enter into an enforceable K with you. No thanks.

Feel free to stop by WestEndZone.com I'm sure there are more than a few people willing to take your bet.

While I understand the frustration with AG from our vantage point, doesn't the father of a prime recruit have a more informed perspective? I mean, how many of us have met AG and actually talked to him? I haven't and venture to guess that 99% of those posting have never gotten close to him. Seems to me that the OP is in a far better position to evaluate the program, the coaches and all the intangibles then any of us are.
****, he has been inside and seen it while all of us could only dream about that access.

Look at it like a business. You have one of your best customers telling you he doesn't like what he sees in your shop. You tell him to **** off without looking in the mirror and reflecting on what that means.

So you don't like the coach, we get it already...try and be respectful about it for a change is the only point I would add.

He literally has pages and pages of stupid, failed predictions and posts and the only thing he can hang onto is trying to make a bet. I haven't stopped lol'ing for the past 10 minutes.

That's what I thought.

I'll make a non monetary bet with you.

I'll take the over. Whomever loses the public wager never posts on this site again.

Vegas line setters are pretty darn accurate, and as your snippets have shown, a number of my predictions don't pan out.

You game for the bet or are you terrified that you might lose one of your only forums where you have a voice that you think matters?

Gotta agree with you to a point the constant same threads over and over and over again are a little bit annoying, i dont mind it one bit in the WEZ but here its getting a little out of hand,

More informed or more biased? I mean there can't possibly be a bias towards the school that your son is committed to.

I'd rather you address all of your stupid posts instead of trying to hide from them by changing the subject to this bet.

All the evidence I need to make an informed opinion is laid out for the world to see 12-13 times a year. There is nothing going on behind closed doors that would make a lick of difference to the fact that we are exactly the same program after 4 years of Golden that we were after 4 years of Shannon. And he got the ziggy where AG with his previously oppressive buyout did not.

Al's salesmanship can't disguise the fact that we are a uniformly mediocre program under his watch. And Miami isn't supposed to be a .500 job, for the love of all that is good and holy.

Point the figure at the administration and the program...the fans have a right to be burning this **** down to the ground given how little they care.

I've posted over 2800 times, which I'm still shocked at. You've picked out a dozen or so posts where I was completely wrong.

I've been laughing too, because you are exactly what I thought you were. All bark, no bite, an internet bully/coward.

Standing behind your beliefs is difficult. You think I'm such a fool, then shut me up.

You see, I don't care if I stop posting on this site. I stopped for a while because I really don't care. I joined this site because I live in a city that is all about the Pac-12 and I could care less about USC and UCLA.

I care about the Canes, and wanted to converse with other Canes' fans.

I'm betting because I know you are a weak child who can only spew hate.
If you take my bet great, 4 months from now I won't have to read your posts.
If you don't, no matter to me. Just proves what a coward you are.
