If Emory starts/plays, we MUST support him win or lose. Unless he’s just a complete disaster, we need to give him the benefit of the doubt being a true freshman starting/playing against our most hated rival. He’s most likely our future starting QB and he needs to know we’ve got his back.

You say that as if Emory Williams didn't already play a complete game against a legit top ten defense in Clemson.


BTW - There is program history here. In 1989 Craig erickson got injured and missed one game, at FSU. Freshman QB Gino Torretta started and played a complete game. The Canes lost 24-10 and Torretta struggled, but it did not mark the end of anything. The Canes still won the national title that year and Gino went on the win the Heisman a couple years later.

Now this is something that comes with Leadership...

If I'm Guidry, I'm putting a Bounty of J Travis & plastering a picture of him in the locker room & telling all the hitters on the team, "Go get me this mf'er head on a stake!"

Our season & Miami Hurricane pride is literally riding on it; this ain't a UVA or GTech or some sh*t, this is FSU, everything is on the line whenever we play them.
