Kinda feels like we need a fresh face. Oh and whoever gets the job needs to win year one. No excuses look at Michigan and Florida this year. Look at OSU with Myer. It's possible to win in their first year because the talent will be there.

Alabama football revenue - 94 Million / year
That's JUST football.
UM? 33 Million.
Now let that sink in... Michigan....and Alabama make 3 times the money UM does....about 60 million dollars more.
To give you an idea of just how insane that money is....
The yearly salary cap for the NFL is 143 Million / year. Michigan and Alabama make enough money to field 2/3 on a present day NFL roster..

Leave money out of the equation because UM can pay whatever it needs to if they want. If you all were paying attention to these last hiring cycles then you should know that it doesn't matter whether a coach is on the market or not, they will move if they want the job.. See Bret B, Jim McElwin, Mike Riley, Paul Chryst, Gary Anderson... All were coaching in the power five conferences under contract and took what they perceived as better jobs.
