Would be a home run position coach hire, especially if the position were WR. Just like Lockette would have been a good hire, or Cogdell, or Bennett.

They almost murdered me for saying this in another thread. ICE has a way of getting and demanding attrntion from these kids... Miami is home town but doesn't have a home town feel with this coaching staff... if we hire guy from the inner city ICE... it can make a world of difference even a well respected guy from the Optimus league or 7 on 7s... someone that knows how to relate to these kids...
