Dude is a glorified college coordinator whose ceiling is being a head coach at a school that has a ceiling on its own expectations (Miss St) OR being a coordinator under an authoritarian college head coach so as his own ****ty abrasive personality either would be muted or simply not as glaring.

I thought it was a good hire for them...they been competitive but I wanted them to get Chip cause he's garbo. I still think the hire did well for them but their expectations are titles so yea it probably wasn't a good hire based on that.

I think he’s actually a pretty good X’s and O’s coach. I underestimated how bad his recruiting would be and how weird he was

Even after some decommits they are 22nd with 13 commits, 7 4-stars. I know UF could do better but that above 50% blue chip and he has done well on the porstal.
