I think coach Richt may actually have realized it's over

Don't be stupid. Nobody who gets to this level is just in it for a check. No doubt he enjoys being a guy who makes several million a year, but he's a competitor. He wants to win, he's just too stubborn to change the way he goes about things. He's a confident person and confident people don't think they're wrong.

Bingo but that's why is so awful. He cant see his own flaws. Too stubborn to change.

What i dont get is why cant a group of former UM players (Reed, Lewis, whoever the ****) sit him down and have a man to man convo that **** aint working and its time for something to change. **** Vilma was on the council that helped hire him. Vilma man the **** up and do something bout this ****

I don't know about the second part, but you're right on about the first. That's exactly why it's so sad. Unlike al, he doesn't have to suck. He's actively choosing to suck right now and it's painful as fck.

2nd part is an overreaction cause im mad but honestly who the **** will challenge/force him to change? Blake? BOT? Media? NO NO NO

So if it's not former players then fly the ******* banners

Looks like nobody will force him, and he sure as sht isn't changing on his own.
