ND I'm not worried. Thats the substitute for the typical OOC marquee game (yes I know acc-ish) on a normal schedule. Miami has more than enough to beat the Domers plus hatred. Clemson is the worry but we cant be scared forever. We are going to have to play them anyways in the ACC championship.

Going into the nat championship game, LSU'S pass defense was 56th in the country. You might think Lawrence would light them up, but the LSU DL was a monster (but I think most people gave the edge in DL to Clemson before the game). LSU's OL was leaky too (94th in nation). Didn't really matter.

The difference maker was Burrows. King has been called the best dual threat QB in the country right now. Miami CAN win even without lucky bounces or miracle turnovers. But it will require near perfect execution on both sides of the ball and tremendous play calling. Btw, I think this is the game that would turn B. Jordan into a top 15 pick as he could be impossible to defend if used right.

Let's hope that it doesn't. I will start a gofundme to send some ladies (or dudes if that's what he's into) to his room the night before the game so he has wobbly legs.

After our beat down on CMU last season, we couldn't ask for a better opportunity to showcase our dominance of CFB....

His greatness is starting to erode. Some boring scheme to distract him the night before is unnecessary. If our DL is up to snuff. We can be in his face all day and let the secondary reep the rewards....

I've given this some thought and I doubt that either UNC or us will get Clemson in the regular season. One of the two of us will likely be the Coastal champs (spoiler, it'll be us) and people don't really like to see rematches. Assuming they're trying to maximize viewers, they'll avoid a probable rematch.
 
FWIW, the other model that is being looked at is only 8 conference games plus 1 OOC. Not only that but the divisions as they exist now would not be the way they would fall. Teams would be more geographic. Clemson has a discussion on their board about losing BC and Syracuse and gaining UNC and DUke .
