ND I'm not worried. Thats the substitute for the typical OOC marquee game (yes I know acc-ish) on a normal schedule. Miami has more than enough to beat the Domers plus hatred. Clemson is the worry but we cant be scared forever. We are going to have to play them anyways in the ACC championship.
Going into the nat championship game, LSU'S pass defense was 56th in the country. You might think Lawrence would light them up, but the LSU DL was a monster (but I think most people gave the edge in DL to Clemson before the game). LSU's OL was leaky too (94th in nation). Didn't really matter.
The difference maker was Burrows. King has been called the best dual threat QB in the country right now. Miami CAN win even without lucky bounces or miracle turnovers. But it will require near perfect execution on both sides of the ball and tremendous play calling. Btw, I think this is the game that would turn B. Jordan into a top 15 pick as he could be impossible to defend if used right.
