just because its different doesn't mean it's not awful the clam is a joke although it looks better on the black helmet then it does on the orange and green.

We only need one helmet. The Classic one. The black, orange, green, pink and rainbow helmets all need to be sent to wherever it is they send unwanted sports stuff.

While I agree that the traditional helmet should never be changed, Nike is the only place to point the finger. Golden can't tell them what uniform or helmet he wants his team to wear (per equipment manager). I believe Nike dictates change$.
 
I wouldn't change the helmet at all. But I remember when Georgia came out in black unis against Auburn a few seasons ago the team looked jacked. Everyone wants to play in a blackout or whiteout. It would create a ridiculous atmosphere there.

Actually, it was against Alabama. Before the game, the Alabama OL Coach said, I guess they are going to their own funeral.

Alabama Beat The Living Sh*t Out Of Georgia.....

I guess Georgia went to their own funeral.....

It was Auburn the year before. Because the next season they opened SEC play against Bama. My brother is a UGA die hard. I remember watching the game. Because after the Bama game they didn't wear them again till they played Florida a couple seasons later. The Auburn game was 07 the Bama game 08

For ***** sake. I'll wear a rainbow uniform if it means we come out hype as **** and smash the Noles. If the kids want to play in all black and it gets them going, let them. Take the gigantic stick out of your ***
