He's not as good as Henry, he's still better than anybody we have by a mile. Can't believe anyone would even argue against bringing in a guy that is as talented as Hurd. Not that he's coming here or we're interested but ****
 
Yearby and Walton being better than Hurd is another homer comment that makes me shake my head.
 
Hurd isn't a good running back at all. All hype from him.

Runs high, no power, slow feet, no quickness or long speed. What we have on the roster is better.

No thanks.

He's a **** RB. Big, slow guy who takes kill shots every time he runs the ball. He's Eddie George at the end of his NFL career.

Just go sign a monster HS RB and be done with it. If Rix has done anything as a HC it's sign some top level RBs.
 
LOL at UM fans looking for UT scraps. He's another average RB. He's a little better than a terrible Walton. So what? We need to recruit a real difference maker at RB, not scrounge around for mediocre scraps from middling programs.
 
He's basically what everyone wants Gus to be. Take it or leave it. UT's OL is as bad as ours, and they give him no help with additional blockers. Scheme also benefits Kamara and Kelly better.

Nah, I wouldn't want to scare McFarland or Burns away. Fvck hurd. tennessee's OL is light years better than ours, and he still only managed 4.4 ypc.

He's really slow.

Go watch the game film - don't care what he's done on a treadmill. He's slow.

Just go get McFarland and Burns and then add 2 more in '18.
