His job was to make the UM roster Tier 1, competing vs the heavy weights. Its still Tier 2 and thats not good enough weekly IMO. Any game you can lose if your Tier 2 cause it happens to Tier 2's every season. He has to fix the HS recruiting.

I mean it's cool if he's being honest but can we expect a much better 2-deep than 2025? Senior starters across the board with some seriously talented backups. Now's the time.

Of course, life always finds a way.

If rosters become financially equal, then it will be coaching staffs, or training techniques, or athlete preparation, etc.

The arms race of finding that .00000001% edge will continue forever.

I have no problem with Mario's statement on the depth of the team.

After 2003 the decline was evident and this was never gonna be a quick fix no matter what coach you brought in.
