I’m not even mad just disappointed all these awful loses over the last several years I’m almost numb to it.

Funny thing (or sad depending on your mood) is a few of us were scared to death that Mario would stay true to the narrative about him and make an Enos-like hire at OC. When rumors came up that Richt was looking at Mike Bobo for OC, I was angry because the pro style O was 20 years out of date. When Diaz hired Enos, I was f$cking livid because we had a chance to finally move past the pro style and he stuck with it. Credit to him though, he made a change quickly and the result was consecutive years of a top 25 O. Looked like UM finally had an O and all we needed was to work on D. Instead Cristobal decided an explosive offense might be too exciting for the fans and he needed to cool off expectations so he went back to the same outdated pro style. In short, Mario is a meat head and he's got no incentive to change because he has a lifetime contract.

Thank you for not being scared of saying the truth, @IndayArtHauz! Even if you knew that part of the fan base was gonna come after you with pitchforks and torches, you still stood your ground and spoke your mind.

I honestly didn’t make time to watch this game because I felt it

I didn’t think for a second we would lose, but I knew nothing good was going to come from this

But this was brewing from the first half of the Southern Miss game

I love the injection of passion into the program from a foundational level, but this is the guy that I was horrified at the thought of when his name was brought up years back

You don’t learn how to become a successful coach by being a ******* O Line coach for one year under Saban

I sat this game out because I’ve been watching this team sit it out for 15 years

That catch phrase was a red flag to me when I started hearing the players say it. Very golden-esque. Mario is more focused on these kinds of sound bites. Same red flag went up for me when I heard Gattis say “if we had 85 will Mallory’s on this roster, we’d be very successful.”

They did what they wanted all game for the most part. We had no answer for them. Coaching clinic 101 if I ever saw one.
 
Since I live in M'boro now, I'll never be able to wear my UM gear ever again. Thanks, Mario. Was even thinking of attending their game this coming Fri vs UTSA. Think I'll skip that now.
 
Problem is it’s not getting any better any time soon cause UNC coming in with their scoring machine and we got no way of stopping it…what’s it going to look like in 2 weeks when our DB’s have a heatstroke trying to cover all the weapons UNC coming in with.

Only chance we have of keeping them under 50 is if we can put together a couple of those 15-20 play drives we’ve been having and run the time out in at least 2 of the 4 qtrs…

Then and only then do we have a chance of not losing by 30+
