How would you rate Brad Kaaya arm strength?

SFBayCane storms out of hibernation locking threads and handing out demerits to actual Canes like the old man stomping on the flaming bag of **** some prankster put on his stoop. Yet the same 2 or 3 goofy anti-Cane schtick posters keep popping up with new names.

What he lacks in "cannon" arm strength i think he makes up for in anticipation and timing. You don't need the big arm if you're on time with the football. I will say his deep ball is probably the weakest aspect of his game. I think that gets cleaned up with all of the stressing of footwork. However 40 yards and in i don't know if there is a more accurate passer with better timing in college today.
