How does Blake James get fired?

This is exactly when it will happen, and when the BigMoneyCanes say Basta. Look UGA, their AD was a gofer for his boss. He was elevated to AD, like James. He is still a Gofer except it’s to the Big Dawgs, they make football decisions and provide the money. So fly y’all’s plane, boycott ticket sales, generally ***** and moan, publicly and privately. But, won’t and don’t mean **** until the Big Canes are fed up. Money Talks, Bullshyt Walks. Just Sayin’

I'm convinced Blake, and admin, are the problem. He has no balls to hold any HC accountable. And the admin has a inferiority Complex.

After Watching ND yesterday I got a bit jealous. Here's a school that has a national brand in football and academics. Yet, neither causes the other to feel inferior. They play nationally televised games and the toughest schedule. Anytime, anywhere! Sound familiar?

By the time our admin realizes we can succeed at both and isnt embarrassed by our football teams success, we might not have any cache left. No school with our history would allow a group of coaches to learn on the job. No way!

Think they would keep him on if we started flying banners with his name on it? Eventually they would have to put the hate to bed one would think. Then we at least could have a shot here. Cause if Manny and staph go he will just do something innovative and clever like elevating Patke to HC since his on field units are always crushing it

The guy probably hired Manny because of all the money being made from the turnover chain merchandise.

Paul Dee knew what he was doing. Definitely. He did more with no money than any AD in the history of UM.

The other guys sucked, but you’re wrong about Paul. If Paul EVER had the budget and resources blake James has NOW? We’d have natty caliber programs in three sports
 
We’ve known this forever. That’s why it’s up to Manny and his coaching staff of clones to win or else we’re doomed because Flake is the worst evaluator of talent in the history of evaluating talent.

So in other words, we’re doomed.

Let’s see. We have an IPF, Dorm upgrades and other new amenities. We are spending more money then we ever have. I believe he made a decision on Manny to keep some part of what has been good here. It’s not his fault Manny decided to put his faith in someone else for DC. The Enos move was lauded be everyone so. If I fault him for anything, it is not mandating that Manny upgrade his defensive staff. Those were lazy hires. If he is willing to step up in that fashion, the yes he needs to go. In terms of his putting things in place so we can compete. He has done that.

Generally not a fan of the banners...especially in year 1. But for the banner crew, when the time comes that those planes are gassed up and started, they need to start talking about firing Blake, not Manny. Because if you fire Manny, you're trusting Blake to hire the next HC. Take a page out of USC's book, force the AD out.

Empty stadiums are money losers and an EMBARRASSMENT. Flying banners are an EMBARRASSMENT. The BOT can take losses for decades but they don't like EMBARRASSMENT.
