Lets be honest, unless this ****face is gone and we hire a real AD, nothing is going to change.

Guy is a glorified ticket rep who somehow is in a position of power. What he did with the last coaching search is negligence to the highest degree but no one cared because he hired a Miami guy.

It's time for banners and pressure calling for his job, otherwise we're just going to be doing the same thing next year. after Randall 2.0 burns out.

And it's not just football either, UM athletics sucks in general. Any other place he would have been gone a long time ago.

Paul Dee, Sean Eichorst, Kirby Hocutt, Blake James. Honestly, none of them really knew WTF they were doing. Dee had success early because the program had buzz back then. The next hire needs to be a dedicated sports guy not some repositioned lawyer or ticket guy.

Not that it matters but at least the bold one above is gainfully employed, hired Chris Beard, can read and write and doesn't *** trannys.

You probably need to oust The BOTs as well best of luck doing that. I would like to know if there was a single person dissenting in the hiring of Diaz? Did anyone with any power at all in that building stand up and say “Blake are you serious? What in the f@ck are you seriously thinking hiring that guy? Haven’t we had enough experiments in the past 15 years?”

Because the people in power (BoTs and big money boosters, like Paul Dimare) wanted someone they could easily control, a puppet if you will. He’s appealing to them because he isn’t going to push back or rock the boat.

Correct. You must also add on the following:

1. In February, 2011, Miami "lost" Kirby Hocutt.

2. In October, 2012, Miami "lost" Shawn Eichorst.

3. Miami constantly leading the nation in charitable giving, already employed an incompetent simp who was incapable for leaving for another gig. This Potato was already receiving charity from our school so why not promote him. We know he won't leave, we know he isn't qualified for the gig, we're lazy and love self-inflicted cancer...promote the tranny *****!

Yes, they also didn’t want someone who was going to bolt elsewhere. That kind of incompetent, short-sighted thinking (as opposed to “let’s go hire the best man for the job”) is why we are where we are now.

Blake James is a mediocre AD.
But he's not the problem, he is the symptom.
Don't waste bandwidth complaining about him and praying for
another AD as any decent AD with any semblance of smarts and
ambition will NOT look at UM as a good job.
People who graduate from Harvard Law don't go to work at Ticket Clinic
in Hialeah.
