How bad...

Would it have to get for you to stop rooting for the canes? If ever got to that point, would root for another team, or not have a team at all?

As I was watching the game, i found myself feeling indifferent. Like i expected us to lose, and I was ok with it. After Jarren pick, I calmly turn off the TV, went into the garage to finish my project.

Hurricanes died in 2003. It's like when someone loses a loved one, and they leave the things/room the same because they cant accept they are gone. They know should pack their things and move on.

It's really should be this hard win at Miami. Even if we never signed elite players from Florida, only the 2nd tier players, your floor is 8 wins with talent along.
My wife kept sucking me in to watching games this year. I will never root for another team. Just turn off college football.

You guys should start gambling on sports. It gives you a reason to root for a random team for a few hours and then move on. Hit it and quit it. But ride and die with the Canes.

I have this thing where I record the games and avoid my phone until I'm done watching the recording. My family and friends know not to text me during these times.

I do this for all my sports teams. Sadly since FIU plastered us, I haven't really cared to make it an event.

I'll never stop loving the Canes, but I haven't been as excited for their product in a short while.

I would never. ******* flake *** clown.

You are living a myth if you think that talent alone will get Miami an 8 win floor. Every school in the country either pays better or has lower expectations for an incoming coach. No one wants this job. Hence we have Manny. The 5 stars are not staying in South Florida. They see the national games. They have their highlights on YouTube. They have bagmen flying their families to games. It is over.

I have been a Hurricanes fan since 1978. I will be a fan until my wife buries me, she will put on my grave, he believed even when reality said no freaking way. There is nothing that would shake me from being a Canes fan. Al freaking Golden tested my resolve and I made it through that. I will make it through Manny until we get a good coach.

I’m certain the fan base is shrinking with each passing year as we continue to wallow in mediocrity. Hard to get new fans when your product on the field has been garbage for two decades. Pretty soon, all that will be left of this fan base will be old die hards and a some alum. Perhaps, UM admins and BOT will then wake up and try to do something to fix it, might be too late by then.

Been with them since 1986 and they’ll always be my team, but the product is garbage, and I hate watching it. The Dook game was 20 mins from home and good seats were $6. It still wasn’t worth it...

Never!! I've been through it all and I'm still here.

This is the first year I didn't care whether or not I watched Miami play.

Now I'm free to watch the best game in each slot instead of forcing myself to watch our sh't team.

I stopped investing anything in this program after the Duke 2013 game. I don´t travel to games anymore, donate or buy merchandise but I still waste my time watching. The program is sleep walking over the fans, the players don´t give two **** about winning, not 2 *****.

Never mang, we in this for life. Celebrate the good and expect the bad at this point.

I will always root for the canes but watching this **** show was unbearable I didn't even watch the second half.that has been the first time I didn't watch a televised cane game of any sport from start to finish.I just couldn't stand to see the misery.I can understand our team losing if they gave a good effort and played hard.but these players are nothing more than people expecting a free hand out of a free ride.
