Hiring an Offensive Coordinator is not the solution

This program is deeply broken. Offensive play calling is not the only problem, it’s also roster management, coaching hires, nepotism, recruiting, etc.

Richt is not a good ceo. Hiring an OC is merely a band aid on his incompetence.

I get that firing him this year is not going to happen but firing him is also nothing more than a band aid.

Anything short of firing Blake James is merely putting lipstick on a pig.

Fire Blake James and let the new AD deal with Richt how he will (most likely firing him by end of next year)

it isn't the solution bc the entire team was mismanaged this year, but it'll def help to score 30 points while were rotating between **** Test 1 **** Test 2 and Jarren at QB
 
I agree with everything. We know that Flake won’t fire him so we’re stuck settling for an OC that will most certainly be a yes man.

Anything short of Flake being fired is a catastrophe.

Get rid of him and go hire UCF’s AD. That dude may be annoying as fvck, but at least he cares about football and seems to be willing to do whatever it takes to help his program.

You will mire this program in UGA level mediocrity of 9 win seasons by hiring an OC. It’s not the way to go. Cleanse the athletic department and fix all athletics from top to bottom.

Enough with the temporary bull**** fix.
 
Long term? You might be right. Short term? Even with like a 30th ranked offense we'd have been at least a 10 win team this year.

You’re spot on, but what would it take for Flake to go? Is it even remotely possible Julio let’s him go? Unfortunately, I don’t think so.

i agree, but there are contracts involved in this ****. im sure his buyout is wayyyy more manageable after next year which is the only reason to bring him back after this debacle of a year (from recruiting, player management, coaching, results).
 
It’s better than this bullsh*t , I cant Sit through another season with putrid offense again

with a 30th ranked offense and a decent punter, we prolly only lose to LSU (im not even sure about that since offense and punting cost us big time).
 
With a legit OC we would've won last night. Our defense had us in the ballgame despite the worst offensive performance I've seen at UM.
 
The last thing this program needs is an OC to come in and buy Richt another year or two of excuses and good faith with the BOT even though it inevitably changes nothing.

Let Richt keep calling all the shots as that will be the quickest way to end this nightmare.

An OC is the only change that might realistically happen.
