HIRE SONNY CUMBIE

Yeah. Six games is more than enough EVIDENCE to indicate that Eno's isn't the answer regarding Miami's offensive woes and what not.

I don't know, but maybe Miami will FINALLY have a complete offensive game, from start to finish, against GA. Tech. And not an inconsistent offensive game. But then again, I thought the same thing against C.Mich., but I was wrong again.

It's a start dude! Oh. Perhaps you have a short memory, but didn't your boy Manny, and Enos, PROMISE Miami a much better offense this season?
Lulz, I’ve been livid about this hire from the jump, Manny is no boy of mine.

The thing that bothers me about most of our recent OCs (Richt and Enos) is that they coach like they have far superior talent when that simply isn’t the case.

Enos is way more modern and innovative than Richt and I think he can be a successful Oc at the right place but not here. This is due to OL recruiting and development. Enos is a guy that would gash us in a bowl game if he coached at Mich St or Iowa or one of those types of schools.

Diaz’s biggest hire of his career was based on that Enos offense gave his defense problems.

The simplest answer to the test was a true spread guy.

This is an easy fix. Hire a guy from the Leach coaching tree who has also coached w Kliff and Lincoln.

He’s only getting $700K now and also coaches QBs

Sonny Cumbie to Miami as OC

Let him choose his own staff

Take over the defense play calling

/ Hire Charlie Strong for LB-ST

So you want to hire a basically unproven OC from a team that went 7-6 last year to fix our problem? Interesting.

2013 coOC Texas Tech. 33.7 ppg
2014 coOC TCU. 46.3 ppg
2015 coOC TCU. 39.8 ppg
2016 coOC TCU. 28.7 ppg
2017 OC TCU. 31.3 ppg
2018 OC TCU. 20.9 ppg*
2019 OC TCU. 36.8 ppg

At beginning of November, TCU was approaching 20 season ending injuries.

I’m too lazy to look it up but what does his resume look like vs higher level defenses (ie not most big 12 Ds)

Why go all the way to get him when we have a mid-30s stud up the road in Lebby at UCF?

The guy has been there two years and they have two consecutive years of being in the top 10 for scoring offense and total offense. Think it's the competition? Against LSU with their superior athletes in the bowl game UCF put up 32, even. Their worse output this year was 24 points. Think it was their qb Milton? They have used two new guys at qb this year, and are still extremely productive.

Before that he was crushing NAIA records at Southeastern and before that was learning at Baylor and was helping them be 2nd in the nation in rushing in 2015. Everything the guy is part of turns to gold.

You realize that it's the Big XII right? That conference is home to the most inept defenses in the country. You should be scoring in bunches in that conference, everyone outside of the utter dregs do.
