Hire Herman or Remain Dormant

This is a great post ! I think Tom Herman is a no-brained and has to be considered! He can bring in assistants that handle Florida!

11/12 2015...Fast forward to 11/12 2020 and say to yourselves " WoW -and we could have had Herman " His next job- whether it's the "U" or not- will be the springboard to a national championship...I personally think he's made for California and the Trojans of USC.,,, Given a choice of "The U" or USC it's a Pac 10 choice...

This is what I think is so hilarious!

Same guys griping about Herman would be all over Mark Dantonio, Gary Patterson, or Art Briles TODAY!

Those coaches are the same guys they were when they were at UC (Cincinnati), in the Mountain West (TCU), and at (wait for it) ... Houston. They didn't get to bigger programs, and become good. They were already good!

Why should we be late, and try to "steal Herman" from his next program?

If Miami is what we think it is, hire Herman, watch him have success, then do what it takes to keep him.

Les Miles stayed at LSU, instead of going to Michigan. Nick Saban stayed at Bama, instead of going to Texas.

In the current coaching landscape, a coach will stay where they are comfortable. If the next hire is the right hire, we have to make sure the guy and his family stay comfortable!

Being a salesman, you sold your case very well. Only problem, not a biggie, is that you also sold him on this being a spring board to the NFL. The stats were convincing, but there ain't a coach with a pulse that doesn't know Miami is sitting on a diamond mine of talent. Say he wins quickly, hoards local talent and gets us back to the pinnacle. Although I don't think the pros will come calling, but we'll have to spend big bucks to keep him. Do you think Miami BOT will spend the money or should we go with a Butch who can accomplish the same things but be a lifer without holding his hand out or entertaining other offers?

What has Herman done to be considered better than Charlie Strong? Beat Cincy?

These fools are tripping. Herman inherited a team that won 16 games the previous two years. This year Herman has Houston undefeated against the Sh*ttiest schedule in America......but he is a Beast. PhuckOutta Here!

Herman may turn into a Good HC......But he is far from PROVEN to be considered for the Re-Birth of The U!!

NO HERMAN!

Right Herman maybe a good coach but what he's done at Houston doesn't prove that.... definitely not enough to where he should be one of the top HCs available for this job.

You two are truly too stupid for words.

Ya Mama

It should be noted that Herman is a member of MENSA.

Who better to lead Miami than a savage genius.

Neither did Saban at MSU.

This logic makes no sense.

If you have to wait for someone to win something then I guess our pool is Gene Chizik, Phil Fulmer and Mack Brown.

Wait I hear Bobby Bowdin put his name in the hat as well.
