Umm no.

I saw Bush a bunch of time in person in highschool and he had zero ball skills and wasn't strong supporting the run either. Great in man coverage, great hips and elite speed. Go watch his film then get back to me.

Howard was the opposite, not elite speed, but great ball skills, physical and great in run support.

I would say Hester is comparable in skills to Howard coming out, but elite speed is a bigger need at CB then safety

JC I think has everything you look for minus ideal height
