Here Y’all Go Lol

I'm a lawyer in Miami and I know Manny Diaz Esq, who manure's daddy. senior is an old school and former miami politician and political operative and is now considered a fixer as a lawyer. he also loves his son and they are close. manure listens to daddy.

knowing this dynamic and nothing else, daddy is chirping in manure's ear and saying this is a one more year gig son unless you become an assassin. im betting manny junior listens to daddy and is an assassin. my 2 cents.
See, this is one of those situations where just a little bit of insight can make a difference. I hope you're correct.

Manure is likely praying for that ****** Okie State offense to lay an egg like it's done most of this season. Then, he can tell the dummies 778 yards was an aberration and they everyone was burned out from COVID. Then hope ND goes back to independent and King leads us to a Coastal title.

He doesn't want to fire his son, Baker, so he can fire Rump, son Banda takes the Utah State job, he brings in a couple former Canes to replace those guys appeasing the "yeah bros", and everyone's drinking the bathwater again.
Nothing is going to change against Oklahoma State. I still think he fires him.

Diaz has taken big bites out the elephant in the room. He overhauled the O last year and it's as obvious as the trunk on an elephant what he needs to do this year if he truly wants to remain as the HC of the U.

Diaz only has one move left.. fire Baker or don't fire Baker, it's the same move.

Would have been gangster if he said “I’ve had discussions with Manny and he said our defensive staff’s asses is on the clock”

I think Manny will go by the Bowl results to make his decision. Baker defense needs to pitch a shutout or 14 pts or less with a lot of sacks/TOs to save his job.
He might still get fired but if the defense gives more than 30 pts even in a win he's definitely gone.

Randy's D was boring and he played it too obviously conservative, and he blew too many third downs as a result, but compared to Dorito and Manure, it would be a welcome feast around here.

Ends who contain, cornerbacks who cover, DTs who penetrate, linebackers who clean up, and safeties who eat. That's the formula. It ain't so hard.

Oh, you mean like the D he runs at UCF?

14 points or less! He’s definitely fired.

Of course you do. You want the last 2 years’ body of work tossed and left to 1 game. If the d doesn’t get cucked in the game, you and the 8-2 bro boys will circle the Manny wagons defending his decision to keep Baker and can Rumph.

@The Franchise any doubt?

In all seriously, you don't fire your DC the week before a bowl game. Manny prolly won't fire him at all (my guess), but if he does, it'll be when he's ready to hire a replacecment.
Why couldn't he had fired Baker last week and be his own DC for the bowl game?

I have no reason to say this other than my gut, but I think the decision has already been made and Baker is a goner.

Thinking that this ballgame will save Baker, or make any difference, if you’re smart you don’t run your business that way. The guy either has it or he doesn’t.

This ball game should make no difference even if we pitch a shutout, because UNC was not really an aberration so much as it was a culmination of a defense hanging by a thread all year. When you cannot attenuate the high risk/high reward aspects of this defense, you can end up getting really slashed.

Whatever his decision, it’s ridiculous to think that you’re going to get any clues from boilerplate interviews. I guess some people just have never learned.

It’s one thing to want Baker or even Manny fired, but it’s another thing to get all worked up because people aren’t telling you what their innermost thoughts are regarding their job status or future hirings or firings. It never fūcking works that way.
