Hate to say it, but Ruggs should get the book thrown at him. No ifs, ands or buts about it. This is senseless and 100% avoidable. It's one thing to drive after having a drink or 2, but it's a whole 'other thing to go 150+ mph while impaired. I have no sympathy for the accused, just for the victims. I see it way too many times down here on I-95 cars going 100+ mph, swerving in and out of traffic with no regard for others. MFers like that should rot in ****!
