Jarren will learn. But Enos wasn't crazy when he said there were times Jarren held the ball too long. I expect these instances to get cleaned up.

And I am in the process of upping the ball game a bit. I was told I can be a little too technical in print. (So I will explain) And I understand that not everyone has twitter so I made a Youtube account and I will post links through this format. From the Perch will continue in this format as well. Hope you guys enjoy the content.

My question is this. Why do I see so many TRUE freshmen QBs come in and make plays, but we can't get a QB at any age to play at a high level?

There is zero no between the throw Jarren made to Jeff Thomas and the one Nix made last night. If anything Jarren's throw was more difficult and an overall much better pass.

We can't play the result because Thomas dropped his and the Auburn reciever caught his.

I'm not concerned about the ball that was dropped, but rather all the throws he didn't make.

I don't understand your question. Jarren made a lot of plays, and on balance, played way better than Nix for instance. If Jarren throws those awful picks Nix did last night, the week 0 game isn't close.

As for the Boise kid, he could be special, but are you honestly going to compare UF's defense to FSU's? Night and day doesn't even cover it.

Nix is going to be lit up in SEC play. Most impressive qb yesterday was the kid from Boise st. We

lol them delayed blitzes were so weak smh.... We can’t have missed opportunities like that. Enos play calling wasn’t the issue nor the oline blocking... this game was lost entirely bc of Jarren Williams.
Wasnt necessarily a delayed blitz, more like green dog blitzes. Where if the guy you are covering stays in to block Deejay in this case, then instead of standing there, you blitz also.. In reality Zion shouldnt have needed help on that block and he started a chain reaction. Diaz said as much..

Green dog blitzes are tough, UF got some good results out of it.

Not throwing to guys wide open is a problem. If he hits them, UFs D doesn't look so **** good. He made them look better than they are.
