TrumpyCane wants to know the last time we had an OC here for 4 years in a row
Dan Enos was here for 4 minutes in a row and that was 5 too many.

Pictures or we don't believe you ma'amHottest support staff in CFB and it's not even close.
If we can get at least two more seasons out of these guys. We will win a natty. As a program that chemistry plus the level we are recruiting at will make us a contender yearly!Per Pete Thamel.....YUGE news for the good guys. No details yet but both agreed to multi-year extensions. Doesn't mean they'll for sure be here long-term, a school can come pay a buy-out, of course, but it's great news on how Coach Cristobal views these guys and you'd think they'll both be here likely at least 2 more seasons.
Time to kill everyone.
Buyout from coordinator to become a head coach is usually low if there is one at all. I’d expect if another school wanted to hire them away to be a coordinator is pretty high buyout.Yep. Buyout is the key here
Seems like teams are now using the “he won’t be there long” as a recruiting tactic huh?
It went from um sucks to this
You want me to post pictures of who l think is hot on our support staff?Pictures or we don't believe you ma'am

Mario will find guys just as good when we replace them, as long as we get brand new toys people will be banging on the door to coach hereWin win. We know they're getting plucked away to be coordinators in the league or HCs in the P4 at some point in the next couple of years. Miami should get paid for developing them.
It's 2026 why are you judging? You want me to post pictures of who l think is hot on our support staff?

Hopefully both feel Miami is on the verge of a sixth national championship and want to be part of that before making the next career move. Those opportunities don’t come along very often. Neither is likely to fail given the resources they have available to them.Hetherman is still very young and relatively inexperienced. I'm sure some schools started sniffing, but this guy was literally the linebackers coach at Rutgers about 25 months ago. I think for the schools to come calling that he'd be willing to leave for, he needs another year or two here. I think he's only about 42 years old. If we have a top 10 defense again this season, he is going to get a LOT of attention from some pretty decent schools.
Dawson has the more "traditional" resume, and I'm very surprised we've been able to hold onto him this long. I'm sure some decent schools have inquired. He's 48, he's been a coordinator in and out of the P4 level for a decade.

I keep tryna tell yall. Being an OC or DC is the better gig than being a HC in the NIL era. Congrats to both and lets go get a few rings in the next few years!
