Yep. He seemed to be playing they cover three. But, the safety got sucked up.
In a typical Cover 3, once a WR crosses a threshold, you're playing man. He was like 35 yards downfield or more. Ha. If he was suddenly going to play a different zone, I have no **** clue what they're teaching over there. And, we should have been flooding zones all day, in that case.

He could have been genuinely confused about where the ball was going or, like others have said, he was faking confusion to save some face from the roast. Either way, it looked hilariously odd. Can't really think of a time I've seen it. He turned his head toward the sideline while the ball was in the air. Ball dropped like a tick after he went to go chase pigeons or whatever he did.

Soon as Williams released the ball and I saw Wiggins' separation, I threw up two deuces. That kid can fly.
