Yes, I actually do based on talking to the few players on the team that I know and despite what Pete and Geo say, I would honestly not expect him to play much this upcoming season. I don't think as of right now, he is getting the message that is being put in his face. Will he be on the team until graduation, I really can't predict that.
I think the staff is doing the right thing by the kid in holding him accountable and setting a standard, but sometimes college age men or honestly any aged man, may not realize it until they look back in their life and he may look for an easy way out as other coaching staffs will view him as a property to use and toss and not as a young man that needs guidance and a firm hand in their life.
Just take Proctor as an example, If Saban was still at Bama or if the kid had picked Miami, he would have been a top 3 pick and sure fire All Pro. He would never have been allowed to be overweight or lazy, not giving great effort all game. But non Saban Bama used him and made him feel happy in his ways and even though he got drafted high, I have concerns that he will have a successful sustained career in the NFL. Now if the new Dolphin staff put their foot down on him, he might get what he needs for that success, but odds are they will just move on from him if he doesn't live up to expectations.
