Firing Hartley was a big mistake in my opinion. The guy is an elite recruiter and TE coach (sucked at special teams). He also worked his *** off. I'm sure he's ****ed and he deserves to be in my opinion. I really hope Diaz hires some ridiculous recruiters because he got rid of the 3 best recruiters the team had.

Why does everyone say he is a good recruiter? Yes Jordan and Mallory were huge, but polendey two years ago and hodges this year, pretty sure he helped on Crowley too. What am I missing?

I liked Hartley and he had a strong 2018 class but our ST underperformed and he wasn’t able to land his main TE targets this season. He will be missed but he’s definitely replaceable

He has Coached TE before but what we really are replacing is a sniper recruit. That box is checked with Seider. He’s a mercenary like T-Rob. You need those guys who tell you everything is ok, just don’t ask them how they got it done.
