Great win, but FSU exposed us

The number 5, 7, 8 & 14 teams in the country were exposed this week as well...but they all took Ls.

clearly never watched a canes FSU game then. Golden took fisher to the brink. Bowden took the greatest canes teams ever to the brink. most of the time, no matter the records, the game is a dog fight bc of the pride on the line

Styles make fights and they were all conference rivals like FSU, who executed their game-plan to absolute perfection (Willie set up that double pass perfectly). Taggart called the perfect game to give his team a chance to win and it took great defensive plays to overcome that. FSU played hard and would have deserved the win.

We didn’t get exposed as anything we are not. We are not elite YET. But with Perry pulling out wins in games like this we are on the right path. Manny always starts out vanilla. But he usually makes really good in game adjustments. Just look at UNC last week. They had some new stuff and he adjusted to it. We are MOST every teams super bowl. It’s different for us. That’s the standard! We are learning to play to it! Let’s go Canes!!!!!
 
Since fsu has found their mojo we shouldn't expect any more threads or posts about them being a crap factory anymore right? Taggart is no longer a " CORCH " , no?....
 
F$U is one of those Jekyll and Hyde teams. Their corch being a corch is irrelevant.

It would not shock me if they lost to Wake Forest but then gave a scare to Clemson or Notre Dame.
 
Do we really need this thread. All year are OL will be average and our coverage teams average. Baxa is young but talented. Spicer is a step up from Feagles and punted well yesterday but could work on hang time a bit . Those are our weaknesses.

100% accurate. Nice to get the win, but we aren't very good. Special teams, offense, OL = **** units with **** coaches.

Hartley should be removed from special teams. We should've hired a STs coach for the 11th coach. Instead we get a grad assistant to coach LBs? (who have made no improvement)

They exposed 2 things that we ALL knew were weak - STs and our OL when jahairball and baloney are out there.
