Great win, but FSU exposed us

On the plus side, your identity is obvious.
Save it for another day.

I love the canes, but you can't deny what's happening before your eyes. Don't just live in the moment take in the full View I want to win a championship just as bad as anyone. I'm not saying we can't get better. But coaching wise before or during games must get better

Special teams, is just bad. But we all knew this. Offensively, we still don't have an identity. Defensively we're High and we're low. As of right now we are a above-average team. I know you Homer's are going to hate on me. The proof is in the performance
It takes five years to build a champion. Took that long for Butch, will take that long again for Mark. We’re in year 3.

First off enjoy the win, second off we all knew the offense would take a little time to gel once we decided to go in the direction of Kosi.Third I havent seen FSU play with this type of aggression all year,Finally when it comes to rivalries all records go out the window.Special teams is Miamis weakness and we will get better, I do believe they should redshirt Feagles, I still think he is going to be a good one.

Yawn we got exposed oh ok with this soft *** doom and gloom ****.

This was a rivalry game **** happens we won fck off

Spoken like a true Homer, can only see whats right in front of him. Can't see further down the road.

After a win like this the last thing I want to hear is negativity. We are not stupid we know what's not working. Today we celebrate.

People cry about our defense but do you watch other teams on Saturday? Nobody has a ******* defense. Our’s is easily top 5 in the nation. 45 yards in the second half vs Florida State. Absurd number. I think our offense is really predictable but I don’t think they’ve played nearly their best game yet. I still beleive we win every game from here out til the Acc ship.

Funny how the same people that's been laughing at FSU and " CORCH " Taggart and labeling them a dumpster fire all season are now praising them as if they're one of the beat teams in the country cause they exposed us. Remember Samford?

that punt return by DJ was a great call, they faked thomas catching it and he had daylight. The whole FSU team went after JT4

Our worst Golden teams competed with a top 10 FSU with Jimbo yearly.

One game at a time. Moving forward, this team will be playing with a lot of confidence. Defense is the strength of the team, and there's a lot of youth on this offense making plays. The upside is so high.

Agreed. One of the best special teams calls and execution in years.

For a team that was exposed, the Canes didn't seem to know it. The players rushed onto the field at game's end like they defeated a vintage Florida State squad. That type of win from deep deficit typically boosts a team's collective confidence far beyond a run of the mill win.

BTW, there was an interesting variety of attitude from Canes players when they rushed the field. Some were obviously friends with Florida State players and posed for group photographs. Some stopped and talked with Seminoles they respected. But other Canes were waving goodbye in mocking fashion to Florida State players as they headed toward the tunnel.

I'm glad Derwin James wasn't out there. We don't make a comeback like that if an athlete and player of Derwin James' caliber is on that field. That's the worst coached group of Florida State defensive backs I've ever seen in terms of turning and looking for the football. Those blatant interference calls alone contributed to some of our touchdown drives as much as anything else. IMO, the second down halfback pass was an idiotic call and easily could have been intercepted if that Seminole defensive back hadn't panicked, and simply turned around. When you are deep in the end zone like that and the receiver can't keep running, there is even less reason not to turn and look.

There were some hilarious posts here for months describing Derwin James as all-time overrated, if not worse than that. Chargers fans offer a collective laugh.
